FEATURES
All our constructions are built strictly in accordance within requirements and building regulations and approved by the municipality.
Materials: All the materials used in every development by DALYAN TURKUAZ HOMES are TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) certified.
Foundations: Steel reinforced concrete foundations system is constructed in accordance with ground studies and first degree earthquake regulations. They are then covered with a full damp proofing membrane to prevent moisture from passing into the interior spaces.
INTERIOR

- All walls have silicone paint with decorative ceiling coving
- Marble or Travertine stairs in all duplex apartments and villas

Walls:
- All buildings will be surrounded with silicone painted perimeter walls and an iron gate at the entrance
